Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers Buttermilk Biscuits (8 Count)
  • 1/2 cup finely diced cooked ham
  • 4 slices (3 oz each) Swiss cheese, each cut into 12 pieces
  • 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round cake pan with cooking spray.
  • 2
In 8-inch skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter over medium heat. Pour eggs into skillet. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until eggs are thickened throughout but still moist and creamy. Remove from heat; reserve.
  • 3
Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Cut each biscuit into 3 wedges, to make 24 wedges. Reshape and press each wedge into 3-inch circle.
  • 4
Place about one teaspoon of chopped ham, 1/2 teaspoon of egg and 2 pieces of cheese in center of dough. Carefully wrap dough around ham, cheese and eggs, and firmly pinch to completely seal around it; shape into ball. Place balls in single layer in pan, seam side down.
  • 5
In small microwavable bowl, microwave remaining 1 tablespoon butter uncovered on High 15 to 20 seconds or until melted. Brush tops of dough with melted butter; sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • 6
Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until biscuits are fully baked and deep golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
