Move over hot cocoa and caramel lattes, this coffee- and chocolate-free version is delicious for kids and adults.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Steps

    Heat the milk in a small saucepan on a burner set to medium heat. Stir in the caramel until well-combined and dispersed throughout.

    Serve immediately with whipped cream and an additional drizzle of caramel.
