Salted Caramel Mocha Pudding Shots

Ingredients

(3 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
1/4
cup cold coffee
1/4
cup milk
3/4
cup Irish cream liquor

(8 oz.) tub whipped topping
1/2
cup caramel topping
1
teaspoon sea salt
Whipped cream, caramel sauce and sea salt for topping

green straws, cut in half

    In a large bowl, mix chocolate instant pudding, milk and coffee with a whisk until combined.

    Next, add Irish cream liquor slowly while whisking to combine.
  • 3
    Add 8 oz. whipped topping and lightly fold into the pudding mixture (don’t over mix).

    Add caramel topping, folding into pudding mixture.
  • 5
    Spoon into shot glasses and top with more whipped cream, caramel sauce drizzle, a pinch of sea salt and a green straw. Refrigerate until serving.
