Salted Caramel Mocha Pudding Shots

A boozy twist on a caffeinated fall favorite!

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding
  • 1/4 cup cold coffee
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup Irish cream liquor
  • 1 (8 oz.) tub whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup caramel topping
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Whipped cream, caramel sauce and sea salt for topping
  • 12 green straws, cut in half

Steps

    In a large bowl, mix chocolate instant pudding, milk and coffee with a whisk until combined.

    Next, add Irish cream liquor slowly while whisking to combine.

    Add 8 oz. whipped topping and lightly fold into the pudding mixture (don’t over mix).

    Add caramel topping, folding into pudding mixture.
  • 5
    Spoon into shot glasses and top with more whipped cream, caramel sauce drizzle, a pinch of sea salt and a green straw. Refrigerate until serving.
