Ingredients

round Pillsbury™ Refrigerated Pie Crust

cup lime juice

teaspoon Betty Crocker™ green decorating gel

cup powdered sugar

fruit roll-ups

tablespoons sugar

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x9 baking dish with nonstick baking spray. Press the pie dough into the bottom of the pan, folding over the edges and pressing them into the bottom of the pie crust to create a single, flat layer of pie dough.

    In a blender, puree the lime juice, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, sea salt, and green food coloring. Pour over pie crust.

    Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the center of the bars set. Remove and cool completely.

    Dust with powdered sugar before slicing into squares.

    Wrap 6-7 inch pieces of fruit roll-ups around each bar, pressing the bottom of each bar into the sugar to keep it from sticking to your serving plate.

    To get a batch, just follow these supremely simple steps:

    Grab a box of Pillsbury Pie Crust. You'll only need one of the two rounds for this recipe.

    Spray a 9x9" cooking dish with nonstick baking spray (the sort with flour added to the mix) then press the pie crust into the dish. You'll have to fold over the edges slightly, just keep pressing the dough to create a single layer on the bottom of the dish.

    In a blender, mix the lime bar ingredients (check out the recipe below for all the details).

    Bake, cool and sprinkle with powdered sugarl Then wrap with colorful Fruit Rollups for that final "sparkle."
