Ingredients

can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust
1
box (6 oz) Annie’s Homegrown™ Shells and Real Aged Cheddar, prepared as directed on package
1/4
cup sun-dried tomatoes
2/3
cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

    Pre-bake pizza crust according to package instructions at 400°F.
  • 2
    Remove pizza crust and spread the macaroni and cheese evenly over the top of the crust, leaving a 1/2-inch border for the outside crust. Sprinkle with sun-dried tomatoes and Mozzarella, and any other toppings you may desire.
  • 3
    Return pizza to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. Remove and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. Serve immediately.

  • Should you have mac and cheese tonight, or pizza? We say: how about both?! That’s right! Two of your favorite comfort foods just came together to make a stellar new dinner idea – Mac and Cheese Pizza. It’s cheesy, it’s full of flavor and it literally comes together in 20 minutes. All you need is your favorite macaroni and cheese (this is a great use for leftovers), a Pillsbury classic pizza crust, shredded cheese and extra toppings...and you’re good to go. I chose to add in some sun-dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese and chopped parsley to give my leftover mac a little extra kick and a pop of color. But feel free to go with whatever sounds great to you! Fresh diced tomatoes, shredded cooked chicken or even broccoli would be great here.
