Ingredients

box Brownies Betty Crocker™ fudge brownie mix

cup water
2/3
cup vegetable oil

large eggs

cup whipping cream

tablespoon powdered sugar

(8 ounce) package cream cheese

cup creamy peanut butter

ounces sweetened condensed milk

tablespoons hot fudge

bag mini peanut butter cups

    To prepare the brownies, follow the directions on the back of the Betty Crocker™ Brownie Box using the water, oil and eggs. Bake brownies in a well-greased mini cupcake pan. Remove from tin and cool completely.

    For the whipped cheesecake, beat the heavy whipping cream on high, add in the powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

    Meantime, combine the cream cheese and peanut butter and beat until light and fluffy. Add in the sweet condensed milk and beat until combined.

    Fold the whipping cream mixture into the the cream cheese mixture.

    Once the brownies are cooled, scoop a layer of the whipped cheesecake mixture onto the brownie.

    Top with a bit of hot fudge and a mini peanut butter cup.

    Caution: You know those finger food desserts that you just can't stop poppin' until they're all gone? Well, these bite-sized peanut butter cheesecake brownies fall into that category and are totally dangerous, let me tell you!

    And yes, I just said peanut butter, brownie and cheesecake. Separate, they're all delicious, but together they create one heavenly dessert. Make them bite-sized, and that's where the trouble really begins.

    The brownies are moist and chewy, the whipped peanut butter cream cheese is creamy, light and perfectly sweetened and the hot fudge and peanut butter cup combo is really the "icing on the cake". These are excellent little treats for a party, but you'll have to try hard not to eat them all before you serve them!

    It'll be really hard to wait until the guests arrive before you dig in!
