Pineapple Mimosas

Mimosas get a tropical flair with this pineapple and lime based mix. Top off with champagne, or sparkling water.

  • 1 can (12 oz) frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1 can (6 oz) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 cups water
  • Champagne, prosecco, sparkling water or juice (you'll need about 6 cups for the whole batch)
  • Cascadian Farm™ frozen organic strawberries, for serving

    Combine pineapple juice concentrate, limeade concentrate, and water. Stir well and chill.

    To serve, pop a frozen strawberry or two into each glass. Add about 1/4 cup of the mixture to each glass and top with champagne, sparkling cider or bubbly water.
