  • 3 brandied cherries

Steps

  • 1
Pour a half an ounce of gin and a half an ounce of Applejack into a cocktail mixer.
  • 2

  • 3
Add an ounce of Grenadine to the mixer.

More About This Recipe

  • The Pink Lady is a classic cocktail that consists of gin and grenadine – the former gives this herbal concoction its signature hue. The other ingredient is not so common in cocktails: A single egg white adds some froth and creates a silky smooth texture that really stands out. There have been many variations on this classic, and this version of the recipe calls for a hit of applejack to add another level of complexity. The ingredients: Gin, applejack, grenadine, egg white (from a pasteurized egg), and lemon. Garnish with two brandied cherries, serve and enjoy!
