Ingredients

Pancake

  • 2 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 2 graham cracker rectangles, finely ground
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

Toppings

  • 1 container (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup milk chocolate fudge sauce
  • 3 graham cracker rectangles, broken into pieces

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 350°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Position one rack in center of oven at least 7 inches from top.
  • 2
In medium bowl, mix all Pancake ingredients except chocolate chips with whisk until blended; pour into pan, and spread evenly. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chocolate chips.
  • 3
Bake on center rack 16 to 19 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven.
  • 4
Heat oven to Broil. In small microwavable bowl, mix marshmallow creme and 2 tablespoons milk; microwave uncovered on High 30 seconds. Stir well to combine. Microwave uncovered on High in 10-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  • 5
Spread mixture over baked pancake. While constantly watching to prevent burning, broil on rack 20 to 40 seconds or until just lightly browned. Top with 1/2 cup chocolate chips, the fudge sauce and graham cracker pieces. Cut into 12 pieces to serve.

Expert Tips

  • tip 1
The easiest way to drizzle the sauce on top is to place the fudge sauce in a resealable food-storage plastic bag, snip one of the corners with a pair of scissors, then gently squeeze.
  • tip 2
Grind up the graham crackers in a food processor for a fine, flour-like consistency.
