  • When you have a bunch of friends over to watch games on the weekend, you want to ensure you have plenty of easy game day food for everyone.

    Football season is amongst us and that means having plenty of company over and preparing game day snacks. Portability is key! You want to be able to catch every touchdown, hike, and fumble, therefore, making food that is easy to grab and eat is the way to go! These Spicy Sriracha Chicken Cheeseballs are SO delicious and addicting! Your guests won't be going home hungry, that's for sure!

    Gather all the ingredients needed.

    Put everything in a large bowl.

    Mix it all up nice and good with your hands! Get messy!

    Then roll the mixture out into 1-1/2" - 2" balls and place them on lined baking sheets.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until nice and golden brown on the outside. Serve warm and with toothpicks for easy pickup!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 -3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.

    In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, using your hands or a large spatula.

    Form mixture into 1 1/2 inch - 2 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until nice and golden brown on the outside.
