These little balls are a sure hit at any party!

  • 3 cups Original Bisquick™ mix
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 -3 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano

    Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with silicone baking mats or parchment paper.

    In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, using your hands or a large spatula.

    Form mixture into 1 1/2 inch - 2 inch balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until nice and golden brown on the outside.

    Then roll the mixture out into 1-1/2" - 2" balls and place them on lined baking sheets.

    Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until nice and golden brown on the outside. Serve warm and with toothpicks for easy pickup!
