This simple pasta dish is tasty and fast to make. It's great comfort food for nights when you don't have much time to cook. Serve it with a salad. MORE+ LESS-

lb thin spaghetti
cup olive oil
cloves garlic, minced
cup fresh parsley, chopped
tsp sea salt
tsp ground black pepper
shredded Romano cheese

    Bring a pot of water to boiling and stir in pasta. While you are waiting for it to boil, prepare your ingredients.

    Heat oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Stir in chopped garlic and cook, stirring frequently until just barely golden not let it get any darker than that or it will become bitter.
  • 3
    Toss garlic/oil mixture with pasta and stir in parsley, salt and pepper. Top with cheese, if desired.
