Ingredients

(12 oz.) package frozen whole green beans
1/4
cup mayonnaise
2
tablespoons honey-dijon mustard
2
tablespoons sour cream
1/2
teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)

    Cook beans in microwave according to package directions. Set unopened bag aside.
  • 2
    In small bowl, blend remaining ingredients until smooth. Microwave 20 seconds to warm.
  • 3
    Open package carefully and pour beans onto serving plate or bowl. Pour dressing over top and serve immediately.

Expert Tips

  • Add cayenne carefully, testing as you go. Add more for hotter taste as desired.
