cup fresh or frozen cranberries

cup orange juice

cup avocado or extra-light olive oil

carton (6 oz.) Yoplait® Original vanilla yogurt

tablespoon honey

sweet onion

teaspoons poppy seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

    In a blender, puree cranberries, oil, yogurt, honey and onion. Stir in poppyseeds, salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
