Italian Herb Marinade

An easy marinade made with mostly dry spices. It’s great on chicken, pork, or flank steak.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Steps

  • 1
    Mince garlic and whisk together with other ingredients. Marinate chicken, pork, steak or shrimp for at least an hour (or overnight).
