Spicy Chimichurri Marinade

A classic, spicy Argentine marinade that is great on beef or chicken.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 red jalapeños, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, packed
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Steps

  • 1
    Add red onion, jalapeño, garlic, parsley and other ingredients to a small food processor and pulse until combined. Marinate beef, pork or chicken for at least an hour (or overnight).
