I’m always looking for a healthy breakfast that's easy to cook and doesn't bore my taste buds.
On top of that, I happen to be car-less for the month of June, so I need all the protein I can get in the morning for the long bike commute to work!
This breakfast was exactly what I needed. Quinoa is filled with protein, but it’s much healthier than eating a couple of eggs because you don’t get all that saturated fat and cholesterol.
On top of everything else, I like to call it straw-na-wa, so that’s fun
