Preheat oven to 375°F. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, celery, onions, Buffalo sauce, and chicken. (Or, if you'd rather, mix it all together in a food processor.)

Open the tubes of crescent rolls and separate each roll into four rectangles. Lay the rectangles on a parchment lined or nonstick baking sheet to form a large circle.
  • 3
Spoon chicken mixture into the center of the crescent dough ring. Fold the top of each crescent dough rectangle over the chicken filling, pressing into place to secure the dough all the way around the filling.
  • 4
Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with chopped scallions, cilantro, or other herbs, if desired.

More About This Recipe
Can't get enough of Buffalo chicken? We can't either! Feed it to us on pizza, in dippin' strips, heck…hook us up to an IV! Or skip the intravenous option and pull together this incredible recipe for a Buffalo Chicken Crescent Ring. Yup, a ring. It's like bling for Buffalo Chicken. Okay, so here's how you do it. Mix up all of the ingredients for your chicken filling. You can use a fork to combine everything, or toss everything in a food processor. Prep your crescents by separating each can into four rectangles of dough and laying them on a large, nonstick baking sheet (or cover a traditional baking sheet with parchment to keep it all from sticking). The next part is easy! Just place four of the crescent rectangles in a sort of North, South, East, West shape, then diagonally fill in the holes with the second set of crescent rectangles. Now you're just a few steps away from rocking your socks off. Spoon the chicken mixture around the center of the crescent dough. Gently roll the dough around the filling. Press to cover any holes where the filling could seep out. Bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes. Then, pull it from the oven and LET IT COOL! This part is gonna be hard. It takes patience. But that filling needs to set up a bit before you go slicing into it. Once you're ready to serve, pop a small bowl of ranch or blue cheese dressing into the center of the ring. Then grab a knife, slice and share! Positively delicious. Happy partying!
