Ingredients

container (8 oz) honey nut cream cheese
1/4
cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)

pouch (2 bars) Nature Valley™ Cinnamon Crunchy Granola Bars or Nature Valley™ oats ‘n honey crunchy granola bars
2
tablespoons chopped apple
1/2
teaspoon pure maple syrup
Dash ground cinnamon

    In small bowl, stir together cream cheese and pumpkin until smooth.
  • 2
    Spread 2 teaspoons pumpkin cream cheese on each granola bar. Top with chopped apple; drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

    Cover and refrigerate any remaining pumpkin cream cheese.

    Here’s how to make Pumpkin Apple Granola Bars:

    Gather your ingredients. Grab your favorite crunchy granola bar- we suggest cinnamon or oats ‘n honey. For the toppings you’ll need honey nut cream cheese, canned pumpkin, fresh apple, pure maple syrup and some cinnamon.

    Next, make the pumpkin cream cheese. Simply stir together a container of honey nut cream cheese and some pumpkin until smooth.

    Next, top the granola bars. Start by spreading about 2 teaspoons pumpkin cream cheese on each granola bar. (Use a single pouch or a whole box of granola bars- whatever you need. Any remaining pumpkin cream cheese can be covered and refrigerated for a few days.)

    Then top with chopped fresh apple, a drizzle of maple syrup and a sprinkling of cinnamon. Need to eat on the run? Use the granola bar wrapper as a plate. Grab. Go.
